We work closely with the Hospice and Palliative Care discharge team at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, and have close links with our local Doctor's surgery.

We regularly assess residents to ensure they are receiving the best possible care. Residents’ privacy and dignity is of the utmost importance to us at all times.
